SniffyNose, an online pet store in India, aspired to establish a strong digital presence amidst heavy competition and foster a deeper connection with its growing customer base. The primary business goals were two-fold: drive conversions and bolster organic traffic. To address these metrics, there was a deeper challenge—understanding the true needs and pain points of their customers.

Next Steps

As there are currently few products, a search function was not implemented to save development efforts. However, I would focus on the search experience next, as this is important in helping users easily find relevant products, especially as the business expands and increases its product offerings.

Learnings

Adhering to the existing branding while giving a modern twist requires being attentive to colors, imagery, typography, and the overall view as they are combined onto each screen.
